The stress of living without adequate food and shelter can be enormous. Prayer requests are emailed to prayer partners every 7 – 10 days. Please join us in the vital ministry.
Volunteer during non-resident hours
Bethlehem House is open to the public for non-residents between 4:30pm – 7:00pm everyday. We love having volunteers to greet guests as they come in, assisting them in signing up for dinner at 6:00pm, giving them hygiene packets and towels to take a shower, making and give food boxes to those that have an appointment, and giving laundry soap to those that are doing laundry. The Adopt-A-Meal Program is an easy and effective way to help. Participants simply bring enough food for 45 to 55 people to the shelter to be served at the daily 6:00 pm soup kitchen. Over 20,000 meals are served through this program each year. For more info on Adopt-A-Meal, email us
Refilling Food Pantry
Bethlehem House feeds 45-55 people daily and provides groceries to the surrounding community. Non-perishable food, fresh fruits and vegetables, milk, eggs and meat are also needed.
We love when the community/churches rally together to create fundraisers like, garage sales, bake sales, etc.
